Interval training for granny?

High intensity training is lately pushed forward by fitness professionals. It has proved to improve cardiovascular fitness in less amount of time then moderate types of cardiovascular training.

There is apparently less inflammation. And it is effective method for reducing body fat and fighting obesity.

This small Norwegian study suggest that high intensity training could have other benefits regarding to treatment and prevention of arthritis and should preferred before moderate type of cardiovascular training.
