sprint and press up intensive workout

For time:
10 rounds of press ups: 10 reps, 9reps,8 reps......to 1rep.(Scaling:knee press up,bench press up)
sprint 30 m after each round(sprint means FAST, if you can't run do 20 jumps knees tucked in)
